The skin or scar tissue around my nose is bothering me. It is not extreme but I also don't want an incredible change. Any chance to define my tip a bit with cortisone? Where can I undergo it if it is possible?

The tip of your nose is more than acceptable. I wouldn't do anything!
Kind regards

Good morning,
From the photographs, the overall result appears to be very good. Three years after surgery, it is unlikely that any further spontaneous changes will occur. The final definition of the nasal tip depends not only on the surgical technique but also on individual factors such as the thickness of the skin, soft tissues, and the underlying cartilaginous framework.
If your goal is to achieve a slightly more refined tip, corticosteroid injections are only beneficial when there is clinically significant scar tissue (fibrosis) and this can only be determined through a direct examination. In the absence of fibrosis, they are unlikely to further reduce the tip volume.
We recommend consulting a surgeon with proven experience in rhinoplasty to assess whether there is any realistic potential for further refinement and to discuss the most appropriate treatment for your specific case.
Kind regards. 🌷

After 10 years, you won't have any noticeable results. But you can try. With moderation, your nose is still more than satisfactory. Sincerely, Dr. Massimo Re.
